Finally were able to get to 1900 level on chess.com tactics trainer

It took me 4 months to get from 1800 level to 1900 level on chess.com tactics trainer.
There were times when I feel like I simply hit the wall and my brain is not capable of advancing further on these exercises. I am not sure how long it will take me to get from 1900 to 2000, it might take another 4-6 months but I will try to do it.

My game is not improving because of this, at times I tend to get ahead in the middle game but always lose at the end game. Perhaps I should start on endgame training soon. For now, I am loving tactics :).

2011 SDCC Class Championships - Round 2

Played little Daniel Zhu. He is one of the Zhu brothers who are becoming very strong in chess each tournament. I think this is the last time he is playing in C category. The kid is on some serious mission.

I honestly don't know how I got a draw in this game. The kid was winning from the early opening (I really messed up there big time).
