A serious mistake out of the opening but it was impressive for you to fight back and have so much pressure for the second half of the game.
You were clearly winning with a forced checkmate after 35.Rf7+ Kg8 36. Qf3 threatening Rf8+ and Qf7# checkmate while also protecting your g4 pawn and once your King runs up to g3 there are no more checks for your opponent and you will see resignation.
Just know that you are playing really well and way above your actual rating even though the results have not been coming yet. You should still be encouraged because you are playing very strongly against higher rated opponents.
