It took me 4 months to get from 1800 level to 1900 level on chess.com tactics trainer.
There were times when I feel like I simply hit the wall and my brain is not capable of advancing further on these exercises. I am not sure how long it will take me to get from 1900 to 2000, it might take another 4-6 months but I will try to do it.
My game is not improving because of this, at times I tend to get ahead in the middle game but always lose at the end game. Perhaps I should start on endgame training soon. For now, I am loving tactics :).

Wow, great milestone, Ira! It will be a long, long time before I get to 1900 level at tactics.
ReplyDeleteDearest Eliza, thank you for your kind comment! Maybe one day we will play a game or two online again? I am now doing multiple online tournaments, but once its done i want to play with friends!!!!!!
